You can save on shipping by choosing store pickup during checkout. If you choose this option, we will notify you when the order is ready for pick up.
We try to process all orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and holidays. Some orders, such as mystery boxes or preorders may take longer to process.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Media Mail has longer delivery time and is not insured.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout. If you choose to have books shipped as they become available, the total shipping charge is likely to be higher than what is calculated during checkout.
We typically ship all books via USPS Media Mail. Tracking is available upon request. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us for options.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Chapters Books & Gifts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as a customer.
